The Grand Ballroom at Dance Institute is available to rent for your special occasion, party, wedding, performance or conference. The space in its entirety measures 45X90 with a capacity of 350 persons. As designed, the Grand space can be divided into 3 equal spaces each measuring 30X45 or 2 spaces measuring 30X60 and 30X45. The floor through out is sprung hardwood. Each space has its own sound system, dimmable lights as well as colored lights. The lobbies at each end of the Grand space lend themselves perfectly as reception areas.

Parties, Showers, Celebrations

• Themes may be modified for children or adults
• Dance Instruction with 1-2 instructors. Any dance style. Optional.
• Prices are for parties up to 50 people. Parties of 51-100 people add 50% and parties of 101-200 people add 80%.

2 Hour Event: $250.00
2.5 Hour Event: $300.00
3.5 Hour Event: $350.00

• 8 hour total. 2 hour set up, 4 hour event, 2 hour move out
• Available Friday, Saturday and Sunday
